Anahita Armin
M.A., LMHC

 Anahita Armin graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a Masters in Psychology and City University in Bellevue with a Masters in Counseling Psychology.  She has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for over 12 years. 
She began with her internship at Lakewood Child and Family Counseling working primarily with individuals, couples and families for a variety of concerns including but not limited to; Post Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD,) depression, Anxiety, Trauma, sexual and physical abuse cases, personality disorders and domestic violence cases.    
Anahita has since opened her private practice in Puyallup, WA, and has been working with clients for more than 12 years. She has experience working with a variety of issues including PTSD, family concerns, adolescent issues, dysthymia, mood disorders, anger and stress management, relationship problems, and a wide variety of other diagnoses and issues.  She is EMDR trained and a Certified Gottman 7 Principles of a Happy Marriage Educator.  She is also a Washington State Approved Mental Health Counselor Supervisor providing supervision for LMHCA's and counselor interns.
